Products/ Spectrometer Modules/ MMS Series
|
MMS stands for Monolithic Miniature
Spectrometer, and offers compact design and superb reliability.
The choive of materials and the cementing technology
are the key to the outstanding performance of these
spectrometer modules These features make the MMS spectrometers
modules ideal for heavy duty tasks like process control
or vehicle-based systems. The MMS was created in the
beginning of the 90s, and is still the most reliable
miniture fiber-optic spectrometer on the market.
There are two classes of MMS: the classical MMS series
based on Si NMOS detector arrays, and the MMS CCD, which
comprises a 2D CMOS CCD detector array..
