boards:

•
please check regularly for latest updates of drivers and

Firmware:

• from time to time tec5 upgrades and expandes
the firmware of the electronic boards
• please contact us in case you are interested in
features so far not supported

Cables:
|
•
try to keep cable length as short as possible
• please apply shielding when cables are longer than
50cm
• by the way: the longest PCI cable tested and still
OK was 8m long
• and USB cables are by sepcification no longer than
5m |
|
Grounding:
|
• is very important for a proper video signal
• combine all GND lines to a central location, mainly
at the metal chassis of your instrument housing
|
|
Integration Times:
|
• minimum readout time (except for InGaAs arrays)
• maximum integration time 6.5sec as standard
• maximum integration can be extended to 65 seconds
